​Personal Training

Whether a neophyte or high level performer, Mike simply gets you moving along a positive growth and development continuum.  Workouts are both harmonious and maximized. Get fit and move naturally in ways that are fun, engaging, and pain-free (yet stimulating!).  Receive professional assessment and supervision to continually grow and develop. Prices are  set/geared to allow for short term or ongoing arrangements. 

 

Exercise Therapy & Active Rehab

For those with a need to approach activity carefully due to frailness, previous injury, or a medically stable chronic disease or disability; and for those who need fitness improvements on top of their medical issues: these services can be linked to your physician and/or other health care professional. Charting and reports can be a part of the process. Mike makes house-calls.

Note: If you qualify for Active Rehab through various insurance and medical plans, you might be able to go directly to this service. We can show you how.

Group Fitness

Share the costs (and the benefits) while getting an excellent trainer-to-client ratio/ interaction. Mike's highly adaptive exercise repertoires allow for customization even if there are some varied levels of fitness or special requirements...the American College of Sports Medicine top trends are consistently preserved in his approaches!

Home, workplace, park, etc

The real 'equipment' are certain positions and motions that mimic real life situations. Excellence in Functional Training is what distinguishes Mike's offerings. His vast catalogue of exercises and adaptations allows him to offer the highest quality of training in settings outside the gym "box".

RATES: Excellent health and fitness services at reasonable costs

​

​​

  • Minimum 8 relatively consistent sessions: Personal Training at $60 per hour;  Exercise Therapy $75 per hour, 

  • Individual or inconsistent sessions: Personal Training $70 per one hour; Exercise Therapy $90 per one hour.

 

  • Groups: two, three or more (one hour): 2 persons:$80 total per session; 3-5 persons: $110 total per session. Potential clients can do a try-out session usually follow with a commitment of a package of a minimum of 8 sessions.

  • ​Focused half-hour training online: $40 per (Personal Training or Exercise Therapy)

​

  • Workshop, seminars, group fitness assessments, special training events, etc; open to negotiation.

Administrative notes:Depending on individual health/fitness complexities, locations, extreme scheduling, etc., Clinical Service Provider fee structures and/or Consultative fee structures may be required.

 

Fees include tax. Fees do not include drop-in facility fees and/or parking. Refund policy is discretionary.

 

All fees are prepaid before starting an arranged number of sessions. A reasonable, mutually agreed upon schedule is set. Periodic cancellations are to be expected, however a firm 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all scheduled sessions. Late or unreasonable cancellation can result in one session being forfeited.

"Relative consistency" refers to following an agreed upon scheduling and attempt to follow a frequency of sessions per week as to achieve goals. Rates may need adjusting with unreasonable lapses in training consistency.
